ministries
The ministries of Praise@Work form the backbone of how we are structured and how we function as a body. Each person is given a unique and special gift from GOD to serve in His kingdom. As a prayer group, we treasure everyone as each person is precious in the eyes of GOD. Christ is present in everyone and the Holy Spirit is working in us. We together form the body of Christ each person with different gifts and talents. These ministries are organized so that each of us can put in our talents and make it grow and multiply for the glory of GOD and for the good of His kingdom.
"27 Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it. 28 And God has appointed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers; then deeds of power, then gifts of healing, forms of assistance, forms of leadership, various kinds of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30 Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues? Do all interpret? 31But strive for the greater gifts." 1 Corinthians Chapter 12:27-31.
music, praise and worship
Main objective: To deepen our Love of GOD through music, praise and
worship
Task list:
1. Conduct praise and worship session. Groom new people to lead in
praise and worship.
2. Music - to play musical instrument, identify and groom new
musicians.
3. Co-ordinate praise and worship roster
4. Review of effectiveness of praise and worship session. Pre-prayer
and cleansing prayer.
5. Prepare praise and worship song list and task
outreach, evangelization and community building
Main Objective: To deepen our Love for one another and for people
beyond the prayer group and evangelize
Task list:
1. Discern, identify and plan outreach program
2. Maintainance of contact list
3. Organise leisure activities and fellowship to foster closer
brotherhood / sisterhood
4. Weather check - ensure that all brothers and sisters are well,
build brotherly / sisterly love
5. Welcome newcomers and orientation
prayer, intercessory and healing
Main Objective: To deepen our faith and prayer life
Task list:
1. To pray and intercede for the mission, vision and short term
goals of the prayer group
2. To pray for members in need, other prayer request and intentions
of the church
3. To learn and equip the prayer group with understandings about
prayer, intercessory and healing
4. Conduct healing session
5. Prepare for spiritual warfare when called upon
teaching, learning and library
Main Objective: To deepen knowledge and understanding of GOD, of
the Catholic faith and the charismatic renewal
Task list:
1. To discern and identify teaching and learning topics
2. To identify and invite speakers
3. To organise and mend the library
4. To recommend books and disseminate relevant articles and
information
5. To prepare multimedia materials and e-teaching.

2. Co-ordinate program, timing and location
